These Event Terms apply to registration for and attendance at the NextGen Innovation Challenge 2026, taking place on Friday, 9 October 2026 at ExCeL London.
By registering for the event, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
1. Registration
You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
Your registration is personal to you and should not be transferred to another person without approval from the event organisers.
The organisers may contact you using the email address or mobile/WhatsApp number provided where necessary to administer your registration and participation in the event.
2. Registration Confirmation and QR Ticket
Successful registrants receive a unique registration ID and QR ticket.
You may be required to present your QR ticket or registration details when entering the event.
The QR ticket is intended for the registered attendee and should not be shared with another person.
3. Admission and Check-In
Admission is subject to successful registration, event capacity, security requirements and any applicable venue rules.
The organisers may request reasonable identification or registration information where necessary to verify an attendee.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse or withdraw admission where reasonably necessary for security, safety, disruptive behaviour, fraud, misuse of a registration or failure to comply with event or venue rules.
4. Event Programme
Speakers, exhibitors, activities, programme timings and other event arrangements may change where circumstances require.
The organisers will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes through the event website or the contact information supplied during registration.
5. Travel, Accommodation and Visas
Unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing, registration for the event does not include flights, accommodation, local transport, visa costs or other personal travel expenses.
Registration for the event does not guarantee the granting of a visa or permission to enter the United Kingdom. Attendees remain responsible for satisfying all applicable immigration and travel requirements.
6. Attendee Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other attendees, innovators, investors, speakers, exhibitors, staff and venue personnel.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, violence, deliberate disruption or other inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the event.
7. Photography and Recording
Photography, filming or other recording may take place during the event for documentation, reporting and legitimate promotional purposes.
Where appropriate, event signage or other notices may be used to inform attendees of recording activity. Attendees with concerns about photography or recording may contact an event representative.
8. Investor and Networking Features
Investors and other eligible attendees may be offered networking, innovator recommendations or introduction opportunities.
Recommendations are intended to facilitate connections and do not constitute financial, investment, legal or professional advice.
The organisers do not guarantee that any introduction will lead to an investment, partnership, transaction or other commercial outcome.
9. Event Changes or Cancellation
Circumstances outside the organisers' reasonable control may require changes to the date, venue, programme, format or other arrangements.
Where a material change occurs, reasonable efforts will be made to notify registered attendees using the contact details supplied.
10. Personal Information
Personal information provided during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with the NextGen Innovation Challenge 2026 Privacy Notice.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, attendees remain responsible for their personal belongings, travel arrangements and personal decisions made in connection with the event.
