Terms & Conditions — NextGen Investor Registration Portal

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering for the NextGen Grand Finale (9 October 2025) and/or the Executive Business Dinner (10 October 2025) (the “Events”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms apply to all registrants, delegates, and participants.

2. Eligibility

  • The Events are open to professional investors, institutions, and invited guests.
  • We reserve the right to decline or revoke registrations at our sole discretion.

3. Registration Process

  • All information submitted must be accurate and complete.
  • Registrations are subject to review and approval by the Organizers (NextGen Innovation, NBTI, UKALD).
  • Confirmation is only valid upon receipt of an official email with QR ticket(s).

4. Delegate Participation

  • Each organisation may register up to 3 delegates (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Substitutions may be permitted with prior notice.
  • Delegates must comply with dress code and venue rules.

5. Seating & Access

  • Dinner seating is assigned by the Organizers based on sector focus and availability.
  • QR code tickets are required for entry and must not be shared.

6. Media & Publicity

  • By consenting during registration, you agree to the use of your name, logo, headshot, and profile in event materials and media coverage.
  • Media interviews are optional and require explicit opt-in.
  • Photography and video recording will take place at the Events.

7. Conduct & Compliance

  • All participants are expected to maintain professional conduct.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund or recourse.
  • You must comply with applicable laws, including anti-bribery, sanctions, and data protection regulations.

8. Cancellations & Substitutions

  • If you are unable to attend, please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior.
  • The Organizers may cancel or reschedule the Events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue, health/safety, force majeure). In such cases, liability is limited to event participation only.

9. Liability

  • Participation is at your own risk.
  • The Organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property, except where caused by proven negligence.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services (e.g., travel, accommodation, visa).

10. Intellectual Property

  • Event content (presentations, materials, recordings) is owned by the Organizers or respective authors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share event content without prior written consent.

11. Data Protection

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to Privacy Page).
  • You must only submit data you are authorized to provide.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and Nigeria.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in London, UK, or Lagos, Nigeria.
